Returns are only accepted on the basis of a valid reason (damage of the product)  that is communicated to the artist within 3 (three) days of delivery of the product.

* The artist is not liable for damage suffered after transfer of the product to the customer or by someone designated by the artist for the transfer, unless the damage is due to intent or gross negligence on the part of the artist herself. For further information please read the terms & conditions
