Print Troppo Personale 21x25cm

I'm proud to present my latest work: "Troppo Personale" (Trnsl: too personal). A work about vulnerability, growing up and longing to connect to your inner child.

I came up with this idea while on my bike omw to the atelier. Visually the idea was complete within seconds - emotionally I had to let it sink in: what did this painting vision mean? For me it means noticing as I grow older I'm quite used to (as an artist) being an open book and sharing my emotions and journey. This also means placing yourself in a vulnerable position time and time again. I just continuously hope that I land safely - and that I'm guided to safety by the course of life, myself, & the people around me.

Special shout out to my little polar bear stuffed animal named Bie, who has been with me since I was just a couple of days old. My oldest friend.
